Fast Forward enabled the City of Hope – Duarte Outpatient Clinic in California to undergo selective site and building demolition.

Originally owned by Lockheed-Martin, 2777 N. Ontario was renovated beginning in 2008. The UK-based Eikon Group, a post-production company that has worked on “Spider-Man: Homecoming” (2017) and “Blade Runner 2049” (2017), began leasing the building in 2018 with a ten-year agreement.

Fast Forward carefully removed significant amounts of paving and landscaping up to the edge of the historic buildings.
